DIY Underwater Headphones Repair

Price has since increased to $9.95 a pair.
Since the current ones we now sell are
stronger you may have to warm the part of the new sliders that slip onto the headphone bands
with a hair dryer or hot water.

Due to the abundance of detectors coming in for repair, we and our sister company in Oregon, Centreville Electronics North West, are no longer taking phone messages. If the information below doesn't answer your questions, please call us during business hours. Both company business hours are listed below. Also, we are contracted to continue repairing White's detectors, both in and out of warranty, for the next few years.

To order parts or view our new and/or used detectors, click on the associated tab on the menu bar.
You can send in your unit for repair to either service center but keep in mind that the one closer to your location will arrive faster and cost less to send. Also, if you pack it yourself and take it to the post office, you will save lots of money!!

If you are sending a unit in for repair, send the control box, coil and battery pack. We do not need the rods. The estimate is free.
If sending to Manassas, click on the "Repair" tab on the menu above for a PDF form to mail in with your unit. Otherwise, click here to go to the web site of our sister comany for instructions.
If you have already sent in a unit, please don't call to see if it has arrived. Check your tracking number. If it has arrived,we will contact you within 2 weeks from us receiving it.
For anything else, please call us during our normal business hours.
